Filter outstanding fees and send reminders. Payment status does not automatically block player selection.

Questions from the club committee.
Can we start with one team and bring existing records?
Yes. Starter covers one team, and you can choose a larger club plan as you grow. Add your squad and import supported player season history; submitted history can be reviewed by club staff. Contact support to check your existing files before planning a bulk migration.
Do players and parents pay for a NEXTXI subscription?
The subscription belongs to the club. Linked players and parents do not buy a separate NEXTXI plan. Any membership, match, event or other fees set by your club are separate.
Can players and parents tell us who is coming?
Yes. Players and eligible staff can choose Going, Maybe or Not going for a scheduled match, training session or club event. Parents can reply separately for each linked child, and authorised coaches and managers can review the responses. Replies can be updated while responses are open. See how availability replies work
Can we plan the drills as well as the training date?
Yes. Authorised coaches can add a detailed plan to an existing training session on the web. Set the focus, timings, equipment, temporary groups and coach responsibilities, then save privately before publishing the player instructions. Explore the training session planner
Can we collect annual membership and match fees?
Yes. Use a season membership, match fees, both or neither. Assign memberships to teams or selected players, collect online through your connected Stripe account and let authorised staff record cash received. Linked families can see their children's fees and balances. Explore season memberships and payment tracking.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Your club workspace trial lasts 14 days from creation. A club administrator activates paid billing separately through the portal. If access expires without an active subscription, staff and parent workspace access pauses. Player-role access is treated separately; expiry does not itself delete records. Read the billing help.
Are there payment charges or video limits?
Online club collections carry a 5% NEXTXI platform fee, with Stripe processing charges in addition. Club media uploads support videos up to 150 MB per file and images up to 10 MB; Social Studio uses its own upload limits. See pricing and practical limits.
What happens to a player's story when they move club?
The transfer workflow connects the player's NXI identity to their new club and retains their season history. Access still depends on account links and permissions. Cards and supported Passport records can be exported; retaining data and account deletion follow the privacy policy. A connected player history is subject to those retention and access rules.
How do we manage or stop billing?
A club administrator opens Finance in the portal to manage billing through Stripe. Check the available subscription options there, or contact billing support for help with cancellation and timing.
